    If you reside in North America, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
    If you reside in the European Union or any other region, these Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.
    All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Delaware or Luxembourg, as applicable.

    11. Changes to Terms

    Narke may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on Narke’s website with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • Guidelines for Using Narke Trademarks and Copyrights

    Effective Date: 12 May 2025

    Narke (“we,” “us,” or “our”) owns the intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, service marks, product names, and copyrighted materials (collectively, the “Narke IP”). These Guidelines explain how third parties may use Narke IP.

    1. Trademarks

    1. Ownership: All Narke trademarks, logos, and product names are owned by Narke. Use of Narke IP does not grant any ownership rights.

    2. Permitted Use: You may reference Narke trademarks only to accurately identify our products or services (e.g., in news articles, reviews, or academic publications).

    3. Prohibited Use:

      • Do not modify, distort, or combine Narke trademarks with other marks.

      • Do not use Narke trademarks to imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without written permission.

      • Do not register Narke trademarks or domain names that incorporate Narke IP.

    2. Copyrighted Materials

    1. Ownership: All content provided by Narke, including text, images, videos, software, and technical documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

    2. Permitted Use: You may use Narke copyrighted materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only, such as personal research or reference.

    3. Prohibited Use:

      • Do not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without written consent.

      • Do not remove or alter copyright notices or other proprietary markings.

    3. Requests for Permission

    All requests to use Narke IP for commercial purposes, marketing, media, or other public-facing applications must be submitted in writing to:
